The lower lift station is on 925 m. altitude, 1000 m. away from the central square of Dragalevtsi District. The upper is on 1370 m. altitude, the displacement is 445 m. This part of the lift started working in 1956. The line length is 1775 m., the trip lasts 17 min., and the capacity of the line is 300 persons per hour. The second part connects Bay Krastyo Area with Goli Vrah Summit. It is constructed in 1968, its length is 1700 m. and the displacement is 448 m. The lower lift station is next to the upper one of the first part and the upper station is on 1818 m. altitude. SIMEONOVSKI LIFT Type: Cabin Lift (with six seats each) Contact Details: tel.: 02 / 961 21 89 Technical Characteristics: This is the longest tourist rope way in Bulgaria. Its length is 6270 m. The displacement is 1083 m., the trip lasts 30 min and the capacity of the line is 1500 persons per hour. It is constructed for Universiada ’83 by the Austrian Company “Dopelmayer” (Web-site) and is inaugurated on April 4, 1983. The lower lift station (First) is in the lands of Simeonovo District on 727 m. altitude. At the first medial station (Second and Third in one building), on 1377 m., ends the first part of the rope line. Here the cabins are taken by second rope, so the tourists do not descend to take the other lift. The doors open automatically and those who like may go up or down. On the second medial station (Fourth, 1520 m. altitude) only the cabins going upward pass through. During the winter skiers descend here to take the three-seats-rope way “Akademika”, serving Vitoshko Lale Ski-run. The upper lift station (Fifth) is on the same altitude with Aleko Chalet – 1810 m. Work Time: Summer: 8,30 to 18.30 h. (on Friday) 8.30 to 19.00 h. (on Saturday and Sunday) Winter:  Prices: Towards July 2007 one-way ticket costs 3,50 lv. and return ticket is 6,00 lv. ROMANSKI LIFT Photo Type: Chair Lift (with two seats) Contact Details: tel.: 02 / 967 11 11 Technical Characteristics: The lift begins from Prostor Hotel, near the place where is the monument of Pavel Romanski – a skier who died on January 18, 1931 in a snowstorm. The rope way is constructed in 1968, its length is 1930 m., and the displacement is 500 m. The lower lift station is on 1650 m. altitude, and the upper one is on 2150 m., next to Malak Rezen Summit. The trip lasts 13 min and the capacity is 600 persons per hour. Very close to Aleko Chalet, above the path for Mecha Polyana Area, is built a platform for those who like to take the lift. This is very suitable for those who come from Simeonovski and Dragalevski Lift to continue their trip to Cherni Vrah Summit. Work Time: Summer: 9.00 to 16.45 h. (on Saturday and Sunday) Winter:  Prices: Towards January 2007 the ticket is 6,00 lv. (July 2007 - 4,00 lv.), for children under 14 years - 4,00 lv. and for pupils, students and pensioners - 5,00 lv. Starting Points to the lower lift station: Prostor Hotel Station (up to where one have to go by bus No 66 (from Hladilnika Bus Station)). During the winter the lift is used mainly by skiers as here ends the “blue” Romanski Ski Run. Starting Point from the upper lift station: Cherni Vrah Summit (1,300 km.) - 0,30 h. AKADEMIKA_LIFT Type: Chair Lift (with three seats) Technical Characteristics: This lift serves those who run on Vitoshko Lale Ski Run. It is constructed for Universiada ’83 by the Austrian Company “Dopelmayer” (Web-site). The lower lift station is on 1500 m. altitude, where the Ski Run ends. The lift consist of two parts (Vitoshko Lale-1 and Vitoshko Lale-2): the first one has 1340 m. length and 400 m. displacement; its capacity is 1500 persons per hour. The second part has 1280 m. length and 370 m. displacement. Its capacity is smaller – 900 persons per hour, due to the fact skiers descend on the medial station. The upper lift station is to Golaym Rezen Summit, on 2270 m. altitude. Prices: Towards January 2007 the ticket is 6,00 lv., for children under 14 years - 4,00 lv. and for pupils, students and pensioners - 5,00 lv. KNYAJEVSKI LIFT Photo, Photo1 Type: Cabin Lift Contact Details: - Technical Characteristics: It is constricted in 1962 by the Austrian Company “Bratya Girak” and it is the first cabin lift in Bulgaria. The lower lift station is in Knyajevo District on 744 m. altitude and its final station is on Kopitoto Summit on 1348 m. altitude, next to the 160m. TV tower. The length of the line is 1900 m. and the trip lasts (more precisely lasted) 11 min. The capacity is 600 persons per hour. Starting Point to the lower lift station: Knyajevo District – 800 m. from the final station of tram No 5 Starting Point from the upper lift station: Momina Skala Chalet – 1,840 km. The lower lift station is on 1485-m. altitude, next to Gotse Delchev Chalet. The medial station is on 1894 m. altitude and the upper one is on 2227 m., near Bezbog Chalet. The displacement is 742 m. for 27-min. trip (the first part – 13 min. and the second one – 14 min.). The capacity of the line is 500 persons per hour. The length of the first part is 1514 m. and of the second one – 1731 m. Work Time: 9.00 – 16.00 h. Prices: Towards July 2007 one-way ticket costs 4 lv. (for children - 2,00 lv.), as for the trip at least 10 persons are necessary. If the tourists are less than 10, they will pay the sum to 40 lv. If one goes up in the morning at the beginning of the work time when the staff travels is very suitable, because there is no minimum for passengers then.
